Berean Baptist Church

My name is Larry Banks I am a native Arkansan, born in Little Rock, raised in Hope Arkansas from the age of eleven till I joined the United States Marine Corps at the age of nineteen. I returned to Hope after my tour and met and married my wife, Tammy. We were both saved three years after our marriage and baptized the same day at the Guernsey Baptist Church.

The Lord seem pleased to call me into the ministry and I surrendered to preach in the same church in 1987 a year after my conversion. Then I was Ordained by the Rogers Baptist Church of Rogers, Arkansas in 1992. I served as Assistant Pastor in that church from 1992 till 1999 before taking the Pastorate of Fellowship Baptist Church of Winslow, Arkansas where I remained pastor till 2006. Then I felt led of God to begin a Sovereign Grace Baptist Church in Springdale, where I remain the Pastor of the Berean Baptist Church of Springdale, Arkansas. I have three children.
